This weekend has been so awesome. We celebrated my cousin Evan's birthday with my super-amazing family. I love spending time with them + I love their home. It's so warm; filled with light and love! I feel so blessed to be living in Tennessee. I'm so blessed to be close with my loved ones I used to hardly ever see!

Sometimes it's really easy to set all of those great things aside though. It's really easy to grumble and wallow in self-pity. We've all done it. I've been working on being more positive, so today I made sure to keep my head up when looking at more houses. I, as well as my family, figured we'd be in a house by now. It's been an interesting journey, I must say, but we are ready to be settled. 

So, this morning... we found our dream house. And we put an offer on it. When I say dream house... I mean that it is everything we've ever wanted as a family in a house. It felt like home. It's almost too good to be true. Right now, we are trying to keep our heads up, but also not get to attached to the idea of it. Prayers and good thoughts would be so greatly appreciated! The power of prayer, the power of God - it's amazing! It's powerful!
