Lighting

I'm a daydreamer. I'm always designing things inside my head, jotting them down in sketchbooks, making lists. Pinterest came into the world and made that easier for me... as well as something simply not good for me, considering how addicting it is. Heh. 

On the better side of having Pinterest, designing my new future bedroom has become easier and a lot more fun. I have been pinning countless ideas. One idea that I'm really focusing on right now is string lights. Christmas lights, cafe lights, you name it. I want my room to have a light, magical feel that makes me feel warm and happy whenever I'm in there. I find that lighting is very key to this, no?

I made some collages of the main ideas that I adore. I especially love the idea of hanging a canopy over a bed with white Christmas lights. So magical! And how about that birdcage? Too cool, right?
