Hope everyone had a lovely Monday, despite the fact that it was a Monday. The weather in Tennessee is awfully messy and dreary. Yesterday I was in shorts and flip flops oddly, and then I found myself bundling up in an over-sized coat and snow boots today. I don't think I'd mind the cold so much if there was snow to make the days look prettier, but all there is is sleet and rain. Blech.

Despite that, my creative juices are flowing pretty well as of lately. I've been playing with watercolors more so, and journaling as well. I'm knocking off a few books from my 2013 reading list. I also watched the premier of The Carrie Diaries, and thought it was pretty good! I loved the book when I read it in early high school, so I was pretty excited when I heard about the show.
